Our music programme teaches some of the basic fundamentals of music, including rhythm, melody, harmony, and pitch. The programme is rooted in both African traditional music, and western styles.

Our students work with Ugandan instruments such as drums, bow harp, tube fiddle, xylophone, pan pipes, thumb piano and shakers.  Students are also exposed to guitar, and electric keyboard.

The students do a variety of vocal work, including: choral singing, vocal and lyrical improvisation, and rap.
