When you couple the process of evoking what is within with the creative process, which helps people to find their words and images and believe in their power to put them out in the world, the result is social change, not always monumental, but real social change from the inside out.
90 In Movement students enrolled in the third year of our programme created and performed in a production entitled “See U @ 7”. This annual show included a display of visual art work, as well as performances that included music, dance, drama, creative writing and circus arts. Live artwork was done by country director and visual artist Johnmary Mukiza and was auctioned to raise funds for In Movement’s activities.
